The MUPTV(S)-13.5-GZ-VD (tºC = -30) fine-spray water fire extinguishing module is designed for localizing and extinguishing Class A (solid combustion), Class B (liquid combustion), and electrical equipment with a voltage of up to 1000 V.
The MUPTV is equipped with an electronic launch unit, the UPT-01, which is self-triggering and is used as an autonomous means of fire extinguishing with finely dispersed water.
Automatically performs fire detection and extinguishing functions without the use of external power sources and control systems. It is possible to transmit a signal about activation to the OPS loop without additional equipment.
The MUPTV can be equipped with extenders that connect the MUPTV outlet to the spray nozzle, allowing the spray nozzle to be extended into the open area through a Grilliato, Armstrong, or similar suspended ceiling, or moved into the effective firefighting area when the module is mounted on a ceiling that is more than 6 meters high.
The MUPTV is not intended for extinguishing fires of:
— substances that react with water (alkaline and alkaline-earth metals);
— substances that can burn without access to air.
The MUPTV is designed for use in temperatures ranging from -30°C to +50°C.
The operation of the MUPTV is allowed at a relative humidity of no more than 95% and a temperature of plus 25°C.
The MUPTV is designed for both local fire suppression and total room fire suppression.
MUPTV is an executive element in automatic and autonomous fire extinguishing systems.
MUPTV is a reusable product.
