Tungus Gas Fire Extinguisher Generator — 1.0 (GGPT-1.0)

The features of the Tungus GGPP are:

  1. modular design
  2.  compact size
  3.  not required performance of construction and installation work during installation, such as laying of pipe wiring, arrangement of premises for a gas tank, etc.
  4. reusable use (GGPT cartridge principle).
  5. low cost of the system (in standalone mode).
  6. integrated into the fire alarm loop.
  7. can be autonomous and automatic.
  8. the cost is several times lower than that of injection-type systems.

The gas fire extinguishing generator (hereinafter referred to as the GFG or generator) uses a volumetric extinguishing method.

It is designed for extinguishing fires in various stationary electrical products of cabinet design and other technological rooms of small volume, provided that people do not visit the protected areas.

GGPT are not intended for extinguishing fires:

— in explosive and fire-hazardous premises (zones);
— of fibrous, loose, porous and other combustible materials prone to spontaneous combustion and smoldering within the volume of the substance (wood chips, cotton, grass flour, etc.)
— substances whose combustion can occur without access to air.

The operating temperature range of the GGT is from minus 30 to plus 50°C, with a relative humidity of no more than 95% at a temperature of 25°C.

GGGT does not contain ozone-depleting substances.

1) The GGPT is a compact, low-profile product that can be installed anywhere in the protected area, regardless of its orientation in space.
2) The installation of the GGPT-1.0 does not require any major construction work, pipe wiring, or complex valve systems for launching and supplying the gas fire extinguishing agent to the protected area.
3) During operation at the facility, there is no pressure in the GGPT housing, so there is no need for constant monitoring of the gas fire extinguishing agent leakage in the generator housing, which is necessary in standard gas fire extinguishing systems. The GGPT itself is not subject to monitoring by the Rostekhnadzor services.
4) Due to the double purification, the gas fire extinguishing agent enters the protected volume with no mechanical impurities.
5) The GGPT is powered by a low-power electrical impulse (starting current of 0.12A).
6) The GGPT has a designated service life of 10 years without the need for special maintenance.
7) When the GGPT is triggered, there is almost no recoil force, so no special measures are required when installing the product at the facility.
8) The possibility of using as an autonomous fire extinguishing device with widely used and inexpensive electronic start-up units for autonomous fire extinguishing installations, for example, the signal-starting device autonomous automatic USPAA-1 TU 4371-032-00226827-99, the signal-starting device USP-101 TU 4371-004 21326303-96.
9) The gas extinguishing agent does not adversely affect the performance of electronic equipment, which is confirmed by internal field tests.
